Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking an Early Help Advisor to join the Integrated Front Door team in Wiltshire. You will work with families, schools, SEND and partner agencies to identify strengths and needs, developing family-led early help plans and facilitating access to community-based support services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, frontline experience with children and families, and the ability to manage priorities in a busy multi-agency environment.
