Wiltshire Council is seeking an Early Help Advisor to join the Integrated Front Door team in Wiltshire. The role is fixed-term for 23 months, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £35,570-£37,563 per annum.

The post involves working with families, schools, SEND and partner agencies to identify needs, develop family-led early help plans and access community-based support services. A hybrid working model is in place.

• Experience in frontline work with children, young people and families is essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to manage multi‑agency work.
