Job summary

Newcastle City Council is seeking an Early Help Adviser within the Community Family Offer division. You will work with universal services and partner agencies to ensure effective Team Around the Family and deliver change for babies, children, young people and families.

You will be skilled in stakeholder relationships, provide advice and challenge, and contribute to multiagency policies while benefiting from training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing stakeholder relationships with multiple partners.
• Ability to provide advice, support and challenge to practitioners and managers.
• Experience in consultancy on complex cases and integrated working.
• Involvement in multiagency policy development and implementation.
