Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Graduates)

Location: Scotstoun, Barrow Or Preston - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: £46,409

What you'll be doing:
  • Deliver the Graduate Personal Effectiveness Programme to Graduates across our UK Business Units using a blended learning approach through a combination of Online and Classroom based methodologies
  • Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
  • Delivery to group sizes that could vary with travel across the UK with overnight stays.
  • Contribute to the development of the PE Programme as required, supporting reviews and sharing recommendations. Review and reflect on feedback making changes to continuous improvement
  • Take responsibility to manage and undertake graduate coaching sessions aligned to a Coaching Framework. Coaching graduates to reach their potential providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey
  • Take professional pride in the role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment
  • Supporting additional projects associated with the training activities as required

The Early Careers team:

As an Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Graduates), you will be delivering highly effective and engaging Personal Effectiveness training and Coaching to our Graduate population across the UK Business Units.

This role will provide you with a number of opportunities to progress within the Early Careers function.
