Job summary

Jobtailor is partnering with Sky to support Early Careers recruitment and attraction campaigns. You will manage candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding, develop talent pipelines, and respond to queries within SLA timeframes.

• Experience in early careers recruitment or campus hiring.
• Ability to plan and run assessment centres with logistics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with the UK higher education system and recruitment cycles.

Job description

• Support delivery of innovative marketing and attraction campaigns
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through first day
• Develop talent pipelines for early careers programmes
• Respond to queries in the Early Careers and attraction mailbox within SLA timeframes
• Plan and run assessment centres, including room bookings, timetables, invitations, and communications
• Provide post-assessment-centre feedback and manage ATS pipelines
• Follow internal processes, legislation, visa, and eligibility requirements
• Support reasonable adjustments during applications
• Receive and record new-hire eligibility documents
• Manage candidate expenses accurately and timely
• Support offers and onboarding, including contracts and acceptance tracking
• Keep RBP’s and Campaign Lead informed for the Sky account
• Participate in working groups, recruitment events, careers fairs, welcome events, and graduations
• Build knowledge of the Early Careers landscape, industry research, and trends
• Work with job boards and networks to advertise Sky opportunities and events
• Generate links and write campaign copy
• Attend insight events and handle attraction-related inbox queries
• Communicate with candidate cohorts to support advocacy content and social activity
