Job summary

Love Success PLC in London is seeking an organised Assessment Co-ordinator to support an Early Talent Recruitment team on a hybrid, temporary basis. You will manage candidate journeys across graduate, internship and apprenticeship schemes, coordinating interviews and assessments end to end, greeting applicants and ensuring interviewers have all required materials.

The role requires precision and clear communication, with experience in recruitment coordination or ATS/spreadsheets useful.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate first and final-stage interviews, managing schedules and logistics.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations and joining instructions.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
• Prepare candidate guides, interview packs and briefing materials.
• Coordinate interview panels and assessors to ensure smooth runs.
• Manage interview changes and rescheduling, finding solutions when needed.
• Record and share interview feedback with recruitment teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Respond to candidate and interviewer queries via recruitment inbox.
• Support with job offers and issuing contracts.
