Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an organised Learning & Development Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across a busy Early Careers function. The role will help with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of apprentices, ensuring a smooth experience from application through to programme completion.

Working closely with Apprenticeship Programme Managers, HR Business Partners and education providers, you will maintain accurate records,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or apprenticeship administration.
• Experience supporting Early Careers programs or similar business support roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage trackers, deadlines and multiple activities.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end apprentice recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining trackers and ensuring processes are completed on time.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements including security clearance and IT access for apprentices across levels.
• Liaise with colleges/universities to manage applications, verify qualifications and arrange onboarding meetings.
