Job summary

Castle Employment Group in Darlington is seeking an Early Careers & Apprenticeship Advisor to own the trainee and apprenticeship journey, collaborating with education providers and hiring managers to shape programmes.

You’ll build relationships with schools, colleges and training providers, coordinate recruitment campaigns, organise interviews and onboarding, and ensure a great candidate experience across multiple offices, with weekly travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeships, early careers or trainee programmes.
• Understand recruitment processes and working with training providers.
• Knowledge of professional development for trainees.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the trainee and apprenticeship journey from attraction to qualification.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities and training providers.
• Represent the business at careers fairs and early careers activities.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and initial candidate conversations.
• Organise interviews, assessment days and onboarding for trainees.
• Monitor progress and liaise with managers and trainees throughout programmes.
• Travel between regional offices once a week.
