Job summary

Arriva UK Bus is seeking an experienced Early Careers & Apprenticeship Manager to lead the development, delivery and performance of early careers programmes across operations, engineering and corporate functions. You will maximise apprenticeship levy investment, create durable talent pipelines and coordinate graduate, internship and placement initiatives with leaders, HR and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing apprenticeship and/or early careers programmes in complex environments.
• Experience designing talent pipelines and succession planning.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience with funding, levy management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end apprenticeship lifecycle including attraction, onboarding, and progression.
• Develop and deliver the early careers strategy across UK Bus operations.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and external providers to attract and engage talent.
• Define and track programme KPIs, reporting to senior stakeholders.
