Job summary

Avove is recruiting an Early Careers and Learning Advisor to join our People & Culture Team. This role coordinates apprenticeships, graduate programmes, placements, T Levels and work experience across the business.

Hybrid working with a mix of office and home-based tasks, located in Warrington with flexibility for Chorley. The role supports learning, skills and workforce capability initiatives and requires strong relationship-building and programme coordination skills.

• Delivery of apprenticeship, graduate, placement or work experience programmes.
• Engaging with young people through education, employment or outreach.
• Support wider learning or workforce capability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day programme delivery and learner support.
• Maintain accurate learner records and compliance documentation.
• Monitor progress, attendance and wellbeing of apprentices/graduates.
• Liaise with providers for progress reviews and end-point assessments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and candidate communications.
• Produce programme reports and MI with key metrics.
• Coordinate education/community engagement activities and partnerships.
• Provide project and administrative support across workforce development programmes.
