• Coaches and assesses approximately 30-45 apprentices, with caseload size agreed with line manager.
• Creates high-quality initial training plan documentation with the apprentice and employer, including thorough initial assessment.
• Maintains accurate start and end dates and a clear plan to meet Off the Job training requirements.
