Job description

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for local primary supply work in Grantham and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for flexible supply work to accommodate other commitments or a long-term/permanent role, full-time or part-time, we can assist. The role of ECTs is varied and dynamic, involving visits to different schools and teaching various classes based on your availability and specialisation in EYFS, KS1, or KS2. Most assignments will be pre-planned, but you should have your own resources ready, suitable for all year groups.

We collaborate with a wide range of schools—from maintained to academies, small village schools to large inner-city institutions, and small mixed classes to large multi-form entry schools. We aim to match your experience, availability, and expertise with suitable placements.

Requirements

• Completed a teaching qualification in Primary Education
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of qualifying
• Passion for supporting the progress of primary school pupils
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Possession of a full driving licence or willingness to use public transport
