Early Career Teacher (ECT) - KS2 (Year 4)

Location: Rugby (Two-form entry primary school)
Position: Full-time (Part-time considered)
Start Date: September 2025

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our welcoming and supportive team at our Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Rugby.

About the Role:

  • Teach a Year 4 class of 30 students, some of whom have SEN.
  • Benefit from the support of a full-time TA in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with a partner teacher in the parallel class with shared planning responsibilities.
  • Use established planning schemes to aid lesson preparation.
  • Full-time position preferred, but we are open to considering two part-time teachers to share the role.
