As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), your Responsibilities will be:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
• Support students’ academic and personal development in line with school expectations
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
• Manage classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
• Work closely with other teaching staff to support students' individual needs
• Take part in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback

Early Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS by September 2025
• A recent graduate of a recognised teacher training programme
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
