Job summary

The Canterbury Academy Trust in Canterbury is seeking an inspiring Early Years Lead Practitioner to join our friendly team and help lead our high-quality early years provision. You will lead and support staff in the early years room, delivering outstanding practice in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (minimum).
• Experience in an Early years setting.
• Experience with children aged 3 months to 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
