Lostock High School on Selby Road, Stretford, Manchester, invites applications for an L2 EAL Teaching Assistant. The post supports International New Arrivals and pupils with English as an Additional Language, working with families and staff to integrate learners into the curriculum and school life.

The role is 36.25 hours per week, term-time 39 weeks, permanent appointment. The successful candidate will contribute to developing our dynamic EAL department and benefit from safeguarding training

Competenze

• We are seeking a Level 2 EAL Teaching Assistant to support International New Arrivals (INAs) and pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) within the school.
• The role requires collaboration with pupils, families and staff to aid successful curriculum integration and ongoing support for learners.
• The successful candidate will have the potential to contribute to the development of the EAL department.
