Lostock High School on Selby Road, Stretford, Manchester, invites applications for an L2 EAL Teaching Assistant. The post supports International New Arrivals and pupils with English as an Additional Language, working with families and staff to integrate learners into the curriculum and school life.

The role is 36.25 hours per week, term-time 39 weeks, permanent appointment. The successful candidate will contribute to developing our dynamic EAL department and benefit from safeguarding training

Competenze

We wish to appoint an outstanding L2 EAL Teaching Assistant to work with pupils, families and staff to support the successful integration of International New Arrivals (INAs) and those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) into our school community and provide ongoing support throughout their curriculum experience. The successful candidate will ideally have the potential to further develop our successful and highly regarded EAL department.
