About the Role

Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our domestic customers receive top-tier service and support throughout their lifecycle with Miele products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Premium Customer Service: Engage directly with customers to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.
  2. Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones to retain strong customer relationships.
  3. Communication and Customer Service Network: Maintain strong and aligned communication between the global Contact Centre, local team, and field-based colleagues to provide seamless service.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties related to service orders, sales orders, and appliance needs.
About You

You are passionate about problem solving and exceeding customer expectations. You have previous experience in administration and customer service, with professional communication skills that build rapport and trust. Independence, resilience, and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. IT literacy and teamwork are also important.

Additional Details

Your hours will be a minimum of 37.5 hours over 5 days each week, initially between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility. The starting salary is £25,000 - £27,000, plus bonuses and benefits. The role is initially office-based with opportunities for hybrid work once established.
