Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our domestic customers receive top-tier service and support throughout their lifecycle with Miele products.

You are passionate about problem solving and exceeding customer expectations. You have previous experience in administration and customer service, with professional communication skills that build rapport and trust. Independence, resilience, and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. IT literacy and teamwork are also important.
Your hours will be a minimum of 37.5 hours over 5 days each week, initially between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility. The starting salary is £25,000 - £27,000, plus bonuses and benefits. The role is initially office-based with opportunities for hybrid work once established.
