Job description

QAD is the manufacturing system used by Lush to record all aspects of production. We are now looking for a Junior Manufacturing Systems Administrator to support our busy systems team. You will receive full in-house training on the application and full support from our system experts who have been using the program for over 10 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our Systems team, which supports the core of Lush Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the setup of new products in the manufacturing system.
2. Provide day-to-day support to production rooms.
3. Coordinate with R&D and production teams to ensure products are set up accurately and timely.
4. Respond to system user requests and queries.
5. Assist with system maintenance and updates to support the evolution of Lush Manufacturing systems.

Desired Skills:

• High computer literacy, with good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of Lush products.
• Familiarity with QAD/MFG is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
