Job Description:

QAD is the manufacturing system used by Lush to record all aspects of production. We are now looking for a Junior Manufacturing Systems Administrator to support our busy systems team. You will receive full in-house training on the application, and you will have full support from our system experts who have been using the program for over 10 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our Systems team, which supports the core of Lush Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the setup of new products in the manufacturing system.
• Provide day-to-day support to production rooms.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to ensure accurate and timely product setup.
• Respond to system user requests.
• Over time, support team diversification including liaising with QAD, assisting with queries from production rooms, supporting system evolution, and maintaining system information.

Desired Skills:

• High computer literacy, with good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good knowledge of Lush products.
• Familiarity with QAD/MFG is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with various teams across the business.
