About the job you're considering

This role involves Data Management activities, including receipt and quality checking of operational data related to manufacturing concessions, entering this data into a management tool for analysis, processing, and reporting. You will liaise with on-site engineers, monitor the customer SAP Concessions system, and allocate work to the MRB team, both permanent and subcontracted.

Work will be hybrid, involving company offices, client sites, and your home, but not exclusively remote.

Pre-employment checks include verification of immigration status, employment history, and criminal record checks.

Your Role

1. Register and quality check received data.
2. Identify and extract engineering data, including repeats and issues.
3. Validate and clarify data, resolving queries with originators or engineers.
4. Format and load data into management tools.
5. Allocate work to engineering teams.
6. Monitor data through workflow processes.
7. Collate and issue final data products.
8. Archive data appropriately.
