Your role

You will be part of a diverse, experienced team committed to meeting our customer’s high expectations.

Our project portfolio ranges from small-scale consultancy roles to large-scale, multi-million-pound high-integrity software systems development.

We offer a comprehensive development path tailored to your background, including:

  • Training in requirements engineering, systems design, MBSE, safety and assurance, and verification and validation
  • A dedicated people manager/coach to guide your personal development
  • Workshops led by resident experts
  • Access to a wide range of external training courses
  • Regular global forums for knowledge sharing and idea exchange

Potential opportunities include requirements elicitation and management in Rail and Defence, MBSE model development for diverse systems, high-integrity software systems projects for infrastructure, safety, and assurance, consulting on organisational transformation initiatives, and research into emerging tools and techniques.

We embrace diversity and inclusion, encouraging all qualified candidates to apply regardless of background.

  • Key skills and attributes: Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, adaptability, collaborative mindset, proficiency in influencing and stakeholder management, analytical thinking, enthusiasm for emerging technologies

Desirable experience includes using requirements management tools such as DOORS, MBSE tools like Cameo or Rhapsody, Model Based Design tools such as Matlab and Simulink, and knowledge of hazard identification and risk management techniques.

We encourage applicants who may not meet every requirement to apply, as we value diversity and potential.

Security clearance

Successful candidates will undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. Additional checks may be required if you have resided outside the UK within the last 3 years.
