The Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth across Western European AFH markets, empowering and collaborating with the market teams to exceed ABP expectations. This dynamic position focuses on unlocking local customer opportunities, executing impactful commercial strategies, and expanding our B2B brand footprint in Europe. Collaborating closely with Bottler teams, the Commercial Manager will play a key role in achieving top-line and bottom-line objectives, ensuring success and innovation in the region.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a leader who can take charge and demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Support the implementation of the commercial plan across all markets, collaborating with Market Leads and teams.
  • Ensure local market commercial plans align with Costa’s strategic objectives, driving execution across the B2B platform in collaboration with the market commercial lead.
  • Provide early-life support for key accounts, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed for successful placements.
  • Ensure markets have necessary selling materials, playbooks, and tools, and support local teams in customer pitches.
  • Contribute to the Costa ABP preparation, monitor business performance, and act as a liaison between the bottler/market and Costa teams to align growth plans.

Who you are

In addition to collaborating effectively with diverse teams, we would like you to bring the following to this role:

  • Proven experience in revenue growth management and commercial strategy, with a track record of driving business performance, implementing course corrections, and delivering sustainable growth.
  • Strong relationship management skills, building positive relationships with senior Market stakeholders and GMs.
  • Excellent influencing abilities, able to shape strategy and customer approaches through data insights and analysis.
  • Proven experience in capability building and transferring knowledge to Market teams at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Success in presenting to market executive teams, securing buy-in, and driving bold decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, with a proven track record of impacting bottom-line results.
  • Proven success in coffee-related roles.
