Position: Marketing & Sales Support Manager

My client is one of the top 5 global Tech brands. They are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Support Manager to join their Wearables team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and support this iconic brand during a key development phase. The role involves creating go-to-channel plans, managing sales performance and growth, and guiding future investments to drive sales velocity. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product marketing managers, sales leaders, and channel partners, to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement go-to-channel strategies to boost product sales, analyze customer purchase paths, understand customer behavior, identify key touchpoints, and optimize the customer journey.
- Sales and Launch Readiness: Set and align annual and lifetime sales goals across channels, ensuring all resources and capabilities are in place.
- Customer and Market Insights: Manage customer feedback strategies, meet customer needs, and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional sales leaders to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Regional and Global Alignment: Develop regional sales strategies aligned with the global category plan.
- Compliance and Optimization: Ensure compliance with local regulations to enable sales in the region.
Qualifications:
- Experience in category management, sales strategy, or related fields within digital content and products.
- Proficiency in consumer research, data analysis, and insights to inform product and market strategies.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, market research, and data analysis experience.
- Experience conducting path-to-purchase and competitive sales analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder influence, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving environment, with proactive issue escalation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
