Position: Growth & Media Marketing Manager

Location: London, GSG

Working Schedule: Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in office; Mon & Fri remote)

Salary: £100,006 per year

What You'll Do:

As the Growth & Media Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and growth marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to boost platform engagement and user acquisition.
• utilising data-driven insights for documentation, execution, and product reporting.
• Conducting A/B testing and applying experimentation methodologies to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Hard Skills:

• Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Expertise in performance and growth marketing.
• Product Management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, with a media focus (excluding brand).
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Industry Experience:

We’re seeking candidates with a background in top tech companies.
