Lead Generation Retail Specialist

12-month contract

Rate of pay GBP14.00 per hour.

Rotating shifts: 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30

Hybrid work: 3 days WFH and 2 days on site

We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Retail Specialist for our established client based in Milton Keynes. The main purpose of this role is to generate leads for the company's retailer network through outbound telephone prospecting and live chat services. You will contact prospective customers from a targeted data list via phone and engage with customers browsing on the company's website through live chat.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an in-depth understanding of FCA regulatory requirements to ensure a consultative approach when discussing financial information, avoiding breaches of current regulations.
2. Influence 30% of all contacted customers into leads via outbound telephony, leveraging product knowledge and financial regulations to recommend suitable vehicles and offers.
3. Influence 15% of customers on live chat into leads, using product and service knowledge to locate suitable products on the online showroom.
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and ensure all customer and lead data are accurate and compliant.
5. Ensure all customer interactions meet high standards and pass regulatory and quality checks.
6. Support and liaise with retailer and dealer networks by sharing lead and sales opportunities.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

• Strong integrity to adhere to FCA regulations when discussing offers.
• Experience in a regulated sales environment is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent rapport-building skills to establish quick relationships with prospects.
• Attention to detail to ensure GDPR compliance.
