Job Description:

Lead Generation Retail Specialist

12-month contract

Rate of pay: £14.31 per hour

Rotating shifts: 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30

Hybrid: 3 days WFH and 2 days on site

We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Retail Specialist for our client based in Milton Keynes. The main purpose of this role is to generate leads for the company's retailer network via outbound calls and live chat. You will contact prospective customers from targeted data lists and engage with customers browsing the website through live chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain understanding of FCA regulatory requirements to ensure a consultative approach when discussing financial information, avoiding breaches of regulations.
  • Influence 30% of contacted customers into leads via outbound calls, recommending suitable products based on understanding of our offerings and regulations.
  • Influence 15% of customers on live chat into leads, using product knowledge to match customers with suitable online showroom products.
  • Maintain knowledge of GDPR regulations related to customer and lead data, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.
  • Ensure all customer contacts meet high standards and pass regulatory and quality checks.
  • Support and liaise with retailer and dealer networks by sharing leads and sales opportunities.
  • Follow FCA regulations strictly when discussing offers, demonstrating integrity.
  • Preferred: experience in a regulated sales environment.
  • Self-motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Strong rapport-building skills to establish quick relationships with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure GDPR compliance.
