As a Health Advisor with Bupa Clinics, you’ll be able to use your training and education to support our customers by providing education on health and wellness. Our customers are your priority, and you’ll spend most of your time with them doing what you do best and what you trained for.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Supporting the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers
  • Maintaining accurate client records and managing the end-to-end process
  • Promoting and encouraging a healthier lifestyle in line with Bupa’s clinical policies
  • Carrying out clinical testing such as body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, gas analysis, blood tests for diabetes markers, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol profiling, anemia markers, electrocardiograms, audiometry, and functional movement screening
  • Creating individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change
  • Conducting post-assessment follow-up calls to support positive changes and action plans

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Degree or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Experience with measurement or assessment in health, fitness, or medical settings (desirable)
  • Accuracy in recording information and working within clinical guidelines
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and tailor approaches individually
  • Empathy and motivation skills to encourage positive health changes
