Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Group Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. Working remotely, you will deliver inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across Healthcare Homes Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver virtual inductions and face-to-face training to care team members primarily across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.
2. Support new and existing staff with training and development.
3. Travel to various locations across Cambridge, Bedford, and Watford; access to your own transport is essential.
4. Occasional overnight stays may be required, with prior notice.

Requirements:

1. Background and experience in delivering hands-on care are essential.
2. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
3. Access to own transport and proximity to the areas served.
