About the Role

As a Health Advisor with Bupa Clinics, you’ll use your training and education to support our customers by providing education on health and wellness. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, aligned with your expertise and training.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers
• Maintaining accurate client records and managing the end-to-end process
• Promoting and encouraging a healthier lifestyle in accordance with Bupa’s current clinical policies
• Carrying out clinical testing such as body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, gas analysis, diabetes blood tests, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol profiling, anaemia blood tests, electrocardiograms, audiometry, and functional movement screening
• Creating individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change
• Conducting post-assessment follow-up calls to support positive changes and action plans

Key Skills / Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience with measurement or assessment in health, fitness, or medical environments (desirable)
• Accuracy in recording information and working within clinical guidelines
• Ability to build rapport and tailor approaches to individuals
• Empathy and motivation skills to encourage positive health changes
