Job description

If the climate & environment issues matter to you, then we are currently working with a client that is a driver with Government exposure and who is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide full support to their CEO and an additional Head. This role offers exposure to climate change policies and their facilitation within a dynamic environment.

Position Details

EA to CEO & Director of Analysis
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £37,784 per annum
Full Time, Hybrid
Contract: Permanent

Role Overview

As the EA to the CEO and Director of Analysis, you will manage their daily activities, working under tight deadlines and pressure. Your role will span a broad range of areas related to the advisory's global expertise. You will also support projects and manage relationships, expanding beyond traditional PA tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support: Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and support four busy partners. Handle the private office inbox and the CEO's inbox.
  2. Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact, managing emails, calls, and correspondence. Coordinate stakeholder communications regarding report launches and events.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, arrange logistics, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  4. Document Management: Handle confidential documents, prepare reports and presentations, review speaking requests, and coordinate external event logistics.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Organise travel plans for senior staff, including international conferences.
  6. Task & Deadline Management: Support partners in managing tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, maintain confidentiality, and build relationships with government diary managers to facilitate engagement.
  8. Office Support: Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with exposure to civil service or UHNWI contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism under pressure.
