The Role
Loss adjusters play a critical role in assessing insurance claims by thoroughly investigating the circumstances, determining policy coverage, negotiating settlements, and authorising payments to the insured. Upon receiving a claim, your primary responsibility will be to investigate its legitimacy and assess whether the damage or loss falls under the insurance policy's coverage.
