Job Profile

• Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients across the UK, primarily in the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers minimal travel and report preparation.
• You should be confident and able to build rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Candidates ideally should be ACILA qualified; however, experienced candidates working towards this qualification will also be considered.
• The position may also be suitable for part-time or flexible working arrangements.
