Are you an experienced HR professional looking to contribute to building a new team for EMEA supporting the rapid growth of an internationally recognized transportation group?

We Do Group is supporting one of the world's largest transportation businesses as they establish new EMEA operations near Addlestone.

This role leads operational staff onboarding teams across EMEA and APAC for a complex global business.

The Role

The Senior HR Manager - Onboarding will:

• Develop and lead onboarding strategies aligned with KPIs
• Lead and develop onboarding teams
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, medicals, visas, and compliance
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with maritime regulations
• Collaborate with various operational teams
• Drive onboarding efficiency through data and technology
• Handle escalated cases involving visa, medical, or compliance issues
• Standardize onboarding policies fleet-wide
• Liaise with authorities and partners on compliance and best practices

Your Profile

Looking for an experienced HR operations leader with high energy and EQ, passionate about service in a fast-paced, compliant environment. Experience in transportation or similar industries like oil & gas, aviation, hospitality, logistics, or distribution is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

£80,000 - £90,000 annually plus bonus, pension, healthcare, holidays, and discounted travel. Initially in-office 4 days/week, with accessible transport and parking.
