Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical/life sciences company, is embarking on a major HR transformation program. This includes deploying a new service delivery model utilizing technology enablers such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors. The HR Project Manager will be an integral part of the HR transformation team, responsible for driving the delivery and transition of core HR processes.
The role involves ensuring the program is planned and executed effectively to deliver business value. The Project Manager will work in partnership with the COE, HR Solution Managers, IT Centre of Excellence, and external partners. Responsibilities include project initiation, business case development, financial management, planning, dependency management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, risk and issue management, and reporting.
