About the Role:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will ensure smooth IT operations across multiple office locations and support remote workers. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and working on exciting projects within a fast-paced environment. Our client's head office is in North Surrey, but support will also be provided to teams in other locations and remote workers, primarily remotely.

  • Network & Security: DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, Dell SonicWall Firewall
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: 1st & 2nd Line Support, software troubleshooting, VOIP phone systems, Moveware
  • Project & Vendor Management: Website management, contract negotiations, working with MSPs
  • Virtual Environments & Security: Virtual Environment Management, Mimecast
