About the Role:

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple office locations and supporting remote workers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and working on exciting projects within a fast-paced business environment. Our client's head office is in North Surrey, and you will support teams in other locations and remote workers, with a significant portion of support delivered remotely.

• Network & Security: DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, Dell SonicWall Firewall

• Project & Vendor Management: Website management, contract negotiations, working with MSPs
• Virtual Environments & Security: Virtual Environment Management, Mimecast
