Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Executive Account Manager to join our sales team, focusing on Dermatology and Rheumatology. The successful candidate will promote our pharmaceutical products, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and meet sales targets.

You Will
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for Dermatology and Rheumatology sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and therapeutic discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for strategy implementation.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs for growth opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Who Will You Be Working With

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will work with:

  • Account Manager colleagues
  • Customer Pathway Managers (CPMs)
  • Medical Science Liaison (MSLs)
  • Marketing
  • Healthcare compliance
Who are we looking for?
  • A motivated individual with a proven sales record in pharma, especially in Dermatology or Rheumatology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related; advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to use digital tools and AI solutions.
  • Understanding of pharma regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • ABPI qualified.

Office Location
