Business Development Manager - Media Advertising - Work from home!

We’re working with a well-known & rapidly growing company within the advertising space — an innovative, commercially-savvy business that’s shaking up the way media is sold across the UK. With a strong portfolio of brands and a bold growth strategy, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to contribute to overall business growth. Their portfolio includes billboards, digital screens, lamp posts, buses, trams, and more!

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll have the advantage of:

  • A steady stream of qualified leads delivered weekly by our marketing team, alongside your own lead generation efforts.
  • If you’re motivated by success and eager to earn well, this is the perfect opportunity.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel within the local area. There is also a possibility of a commission guarantee for the first 6 months while you build your pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with high-quality leads provided weekly by marketing.
  • Conducting consultative sales calls to understand customer needs and offer tailored advertising solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals confidently and professionally.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals; media advertising experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused.
