Your role at Vantive

As a Downstream Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our service product management strategy within the EMEA Technical Service team. Your expertise will be invaluable in educating, driving profitability, and overseeing continuous improvement projects throughout the region. Your leadership and deep understanding of healthcare services will be key in shaping and executing our commercial strategy.

This is a regional role reporting to the Senior Director for Technical Service EMEA. It is a fully remote or hybrid position based in any EMEA country.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Understand and analyze products, market, competition, and emerging customer needs specific to the EMEA region. Use this information to develop strategies and service offerings tailored to the region.
  • Translate market insights into prioritized sales actions.
  • Provide input on new markets, product launches, and existing product or supply improvements.
  • Support Service Launch Readiness and Excellence by partnering with local commercial teams to define service offerings before launch and ensure alignment with country needs.
  • Create training materials, tools, and marketing collateral to promote the value of services and aid in sales, generating revenue and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Assist in price and contract negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Promote and educate about the company's products and services.
  • Partner with Service and Commercial Leadership to evaluate profitability of service offers, identify trade-offs, and find solutions to overcome barriers, ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and customers.
  • Identify new service offerings, underserved markets, business models, and process improvements supported by data, ensuring they are operationally sustainable with a focus on short-term ROI.
  • Analyze regional business practices to identify high-ROI strategies and recommend their implementation across other markets, including emerging ones.
What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience in regional/international marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills; proactive in sharing information and tailoring messages to the audience.
  • Excellent presentation skills in English.
  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
