Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a profit-oriented environment with commercial awareness.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to maximize potential and create a focused sales team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Follow the sales process to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with the manufacturer to meet volume, CSI, and other goals.
