About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the required service levels for customers.

Shifts:

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday

06:00 - 14:00

You will be responsible for

Ensuring the correct receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods to meet productivity targets and budget constraints, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

You will need

Experience in warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry, with knowledge of business and operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse. General knowledge of transportation logistics is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and train colleagues are essential. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes is also required.
