About Hexus Distribution

Hexus is the innovation arm of The E-Cig Store, a business with strong roots in retail and wholesale.

Hexus Distribution is evolving rapidly. We’re stepping boldly into the world of brand ownership, launching a new wave of innovative, eyebrow-raising, "whoa-where’d-you-get-this?" products.

Now, we’re on the hunt for our first-ever Head of Marketing— someone who isn’t afraid to break a few rules (and invent new ones). If you’re full of ideas, allergic to cliché, and can turn blank slates into buzz, keep reading.

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Build a Brand People Obsess Over
2. Shape our voice, story, and identity. Turn “Hexus” into a name customers remember.
3. Launch Like a Rocket
4. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for all our new products.
5. Build and grow a small (but mighty) marketing team. Inspire, collaborate, and make other people look good while getting s**t done.
6. Experiment Like a Scientist (With Better Fonts)
7. Test, tweak, track, and iterate. Know what’s working and what’s not — then make moves.
8. Speak Fluent Consumer
9. Understand our audience before they understand themselves. Bring insights to life with killer creative.
10. Have 5+ years in marketing (bonus points if you’ve helped build a brand from scratch).
11. Think in memes, funnels, and brand pillars— all at once.
12. Can roll up your sleeves, wear ten hats, and still laugh at yourself.
13. Know your way around digital ads, socials, influencer collabs, email flows, and all the fun growthy stuff.
14. Care about the idea more than the trend.
15. A blank canvas and the paints to make it pop.
