Sales Development Executive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Norwich, City Centre

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs, 11:45am – 08:30pm / Fri 10:00am – 18:00pm

(During the first 2 weeks of training, working hours will be 9am-6pm)

Salary: £27,000 / annum

We’re seeking two ambitious Sales Development Executives to join our high-performing North America team. This role offers a chance to drive growth for our industry-leading products and content in a dynamic, opportunity-rich region.

The Role:

As a Sales Development Executive, you will be instrumental in converting conversations into connections, and connections into clients. Your focus will be on generating leads and shaping the future of our business within a specific industry sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own Your Market: Manage your industry vertical, creating a steady flow of new and repeat business by identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Find the Right People: Use tools and curiosity to identify key decision-makers and potential partners.
  • Start the Conversation: Reach out via phone, email, video, and other channels, tailoring proposals to meet prospect needs.
  • Close the Loop: Manage your pipeline from initial contact to project completion, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
