As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents—bringing warmth, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset to every interaction.

Your role will combine the best of customer service and sales: responding to enquiries, leading tours, turning interest into bookings, and ensuring residents feel supported throughout their journey with us.

No two days are the same. One moment you’re helping a student find their perfect studio, the next you’re following up with a new lead, handling queries, logging issues, or supporting community events. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role where your enthusiasm and attention to detail help drive satisfaction and sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for both current and prospective residents, providing a friendly, professional service that aligns with the brand’s premium standards.
  • Guide potential residents through engaging property tours and support the process of move-ins, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Carry out routine checks of the building and produce clear, accurate inventory documentation.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of events and initiatives that strengthen community and enhance the resident experience.
  • Take on a variety of day-to-day support tasks and work closely with the Property Manager to help meet performance goals and service targets.

Your Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the PBSA/BTR/Co-living or hospitality sector.
  • A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
  • A true team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage and highly valued.
