As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents—bringing warmth, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset to every interaction.
Your role will combine the best of customer service and sales: responding to enquiries, leading tours, turning interest into bookings, and ensuring residents feel supported throughout their journey with us.
No two days are the same. One moment you’re helping a student find their perfect studio, the next you’re following up with a new lead, handling queries, logging issues, or supporting community events.
