Job Description

The role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is crucial for our growing business. We seek an experienced, driven, and tenacious specialist with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. An initiative-taker with a positive attitude and flexible outlook.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will support our Internal Managers and Directors in their recruiting needs.

We welcome you to our Crewe Head Office Campus, working hours Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of and leading the recruitment process for core functional areas, from initial conversations with managers/directors to managing a positive candidate experience through to offer.
• Sourcing candidates and building a candidate pipeline through traditional and creative methods to find the best talent.
• Shortlisting CVs for your business areas and educating Hiring Managers on talent and market landscape.
• Supporting recruitment-related projects to improve processes, procedures, and engagement with the wider business.

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter from an in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency environment, ideally supporting areas like Finance, Marketing, Credit, etc.
• Ability to source qualified candidates via networking and tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
