An innovative agency is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive journey throughout the recruitment process. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with job requirements and implement effective strategies to attract top talent. This is a 12 month fixed term contract initially, with a look to extend
This role is part of ourPersonalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Uber, Walmart, and more!
JOB PURPOSE
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be helping us build the future of our agency through effective talent acquisition strategies for our DEPT Studios team. As candidates' first point of contact, you represent Dept's culture, and are responsible for ensuring a positive candidates journey throughout the recruitment process. Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements, share regular hiring updates, and provide market insights.
