A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a Business Analyst for a 2-year Fixed Term Contract within their UK Transformation Programme. The role involves supporting organizational change through specialized business analysis and change management skills, ensuring the successful implementation of the target operating model for the Commercial business. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and business requirements.
Role Description
In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an exciting opportunities to join theUK Transformation Programmeas aBusiness Analyston a 2 year Fixed Term Contracthelping to shape and implement the target operating model for our Commercial business.
The purpose of the role is to enable organisational change by using specialised business analysis, change management skills and a disciplined business analysis approach. You will be supporting the Transformation Programme to articulate the need for change, by defining requirements and recommending solutions that will maximise the value delivered by the business to its customers.
Salary Information
Pay:Circa £46,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
