We are seeking an experienced Events Manager & Planner to support the management, planning, and execution of the Roundhouse Commercial Events Hire Programme. You will be the key contact for event clients and production teams, overseeing up to 30 events annually.
This role involves planning and operational delivery of events for clients hiring our dry hire venue. Events vary from luxury awards ceremonies to multi-day corporate hires for companies like Sky Arts, Universal Music, and Rolling Stone. Please note, this position focuses on commercial events and does not include our music programming. Weekend and evening work may be required.
You should have at least two years of professional experience in event management for private or corporate events, with strong knowledge of the live events industry. Key qualities include exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, and a calm, creative problem-solving approach.
